for me... between alliance and horde...
Altar of Storms. Horde only loses WG once a day... if that... And we do pretty good in the BG Bracket... FULL of elitists though... wouldn't recommend leveling a new toon there.

depends on the server. on mine, horde rules. on others alliance rules. make a lvl 1 and ask on trade chat (go to a capital city and type /2 to use trade chat)
